Solo Trail Adventure (60 Minutes)

Rate: $85-$95.00 | Focus: Reactive/Aggressive Dogs and Puppies

A focused one-on-one "sniffari" and running session designed to prioritize your dog’s most powerful sense while still offering pack movement benefits. Olfactory enrichment is a biological necessity. This service allows your dog to lead with their nose, exploring the environment at their own pace. It is the gold standard for confidence building and anxiety reduction, particularly for dogs that find traditional walks overstimulating or stressful.

The Biological Impact: A dog’s sense of smell is 10,000 to 100,000 times more acute than a human's, with a portion of their brain dedicated to analyzing scents being 40 times larger than ours. Engaging in deep sniffing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which naturally lowers the heart rate and reduces blood pressure. This intense mental processing provides more comprehensive exhaustion than a three-mile run. By satisfying the "seeking" circuit in the brain, we help mitigate destructive behaviors at home caused by mental under-stimulation.

Reactive dogs and young puppies often live in a state of chronic high arousal, where the amygdala (the brain's fear center) is constantly overactive. Our 1:1 handling in low-trigger environments allows the dog's cortisol levels to drop, facilitating true decompression. By combining physical movement with foraging games, we shift the dog from a reactive state to a cognitive "problem-solving" state.

The Biological Impact: When a dog is in a state of high arousal, their body is flooded with cortisol and adrenaline, which can take days to fully dissipate. Our "low-trigger" trail sessions are designed to provide "cortisol holidays," giving the adrenal system a much-needed break. By engaging in foraging games, we activate the prefrontal cortex, which helps improve impulse control and emotional regulation over time. This service isn't just a walk; it is a neurological reset that helps puppies build a resilient foundation and helps reactive dogs regain a sense of safety in the world.

Solo Adventure Daycare (3-hour)

Rate: $105-$125.00 | Focus: Reactive/Aggressive Dogs and Puppies

This service is ideal for puppies with short attention spans or older dogs that require cardiovascular maintenance without the intensity of a full hour. By providing a structured outlet for physical energy, we help prevent the buildup of "pent-up" frustration that often manifests as restlessness or barking inside the home.

The Biological Impact: Even a 30-minute window of rhythmic, aerobic exercise can significantly alter a dog's neurochemistry. Physical exertion triggers the release of endorphins, which act as natural pain relievers and mood elevators. For younger dogs, these sessions help in the proper development of motor skills and bone density. For seniors, a controlled run supports joint mobility and prevents the muscle atrophy associated with aging. By meeting the body's need for movement, we support a healthy metabolic rate and ensure the dog’s internal systems are primed for a restful recovery.

Adventure Daycare (3-Hour)

Rate: $75-$95.00 | Duration: 3 Hours (2 Hours Trail Time + Transport)

Our specialty service involves a structured small group of 3 to 5 socialized dogs. Unlike traditional dog daycares that often lead to "arousal stacking" (where dogs become overstimulated by chaotic play), our Adventure Daycare focuses on the "migratory instinct." Biologically, dogs are movement-oriented animals designed to travel long distances as a unit. By migrating together over natural terrain, your dog engages in a shared, goal-oriented activity that builds deep social confidence.

The Biological Impact Structured group movement facilitates the release of oxytocin, the "bonding hormone," which helps dogs feel secure and connected to their peers. Simultaneously, the varied trail environment triggers dopamine release through exploration and "seeking" behaviors. This combination promotes long-term social stability and effectively lowers cortisol levels (the stress hormone). Instead of returning home frantic, your dog returns in a state of "satisfied exhaustion," having fulfilled their biological need for both physical work and social belonging.
