The process begins with the filling out our intake form. You will provide basic contact and pet information as well as a deeper dive into your dog’s personality, specific engagement triggers, and training history, which is vital for tailoring our approach to their biological needs.

Once the intake form is submitted, you will receive an automatic confirmation email, and we will then personally review your notes and send a follow-up email detailing a personalized service plan for your dog as well as set you up with a Time To Pet account.

This follow up email will also include proposed times for our initial Meet n' Greet, where we can meet your furry friend in person, answer any specific questions you have, and finalize the plan before our first trail session.
